The website, hosting platform, and security services may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, referral information, timestamps, and server logs. Optional analytics and site-experience information is processed only after you allow the corresponding category.
Information may be used to provide and protect the website, understand website performance when optional tools are allowed, improve usability, and maintain appropriate technical or business records.
The site stores a necessary browser preference so it can remember your privacy choices. Optional Analytics and Site experience categories begin disabled. If you allow a category, the related service may use cookies or similar technologies. You can reopen Cookie Preferences from the footer and change your choices at any time.
With your permission, NexGen uses third-party services to understand website traffic, performance, page usage, general visitor interactions, and usability. These services may process information such as pages viewed, browser or device information, referral information, approximate location when provided by the service, clicks, scrolling, and other website interactions. Google Analytics helps NexGen understand website traffic and usage. Microsoft Clarity may provide interaction analytics, including heatmaps and session recordings, to help NexGen understand how pages are used and identify usability issues. We do not intentionally send personal contact information through our custom analytics events.
NexGen uses service providers to host and protect the website and provide optional measurement tools. These providers may process information on NexGen's behalf to perform their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the website or business, or in connection with a business transaction.
NexGen keeps information as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for applicable business, legal, or security needs. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose involved. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can allow or reject each optional category. Cookie Preferences remains available in the footer so you can review or change your choices later. Optional tools do not load simply because you continue browsing. You can also contact NexGen to ask a privacy question or discuss information you previously provided. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Use the Contact NexGen page or call (405) 313-9034 with a privacy question.
